The agave hearts are roasted by the Destilería Teremana in the classic way in stone ovens for a period of three days before being crushed and then fermenting the juice in. Copper stills are used for distillation, handcrafted by a artisan to the distillery’s specialities. These specific copper stills and the careful distillation in small batches give the fine tequila its classic and pure taste, which sets it apart from the many agave tequilas available on the market.
