How Are They Different?
Looking more closely at the upper of the Jordan, you can see that it has more panels – 6 and more stitching, while the Dunk has a larger toe box in every way. When it comes to branding, the Dunk retains the ’80s OG tongue with signature branding. This is sewn onto a separate flap and provides additional vintage vibes. AJ1 has the classic Jordan Jumpman sign embroidered onto the tongue. Also classy is the Air Jordan Wings on the back of the AJ1s, while the Dunk features unique branding. However, the biggest difference is underfoot. The Nike Dunk sits on a plush foam midsole that provides responsive cushioning with every wear. The Jordan already has the reference to the sole in its name! The Jordan 1 sits over an Air-Sole that keeps encapsulated air in the heel for more relaxation as you walk.
The latest Nike Dunk sneaker is looking great and refers to the colors used. The shoe comes in a two-tone look, consisting of white and a soft grey. The base of the model is snow white, while the toe overlaps, the lace area and the stripe framing the heel are gray. The laces also appear in this shade. In the lower area we also see how the colors alternate. The midsole is white, while the sole, inspired by sports, picks up the gray again. The third ingredient in this equation has been the brand’s most updated and revived silhouette and it seems that peak of trend will continue into 2022.
